If you previously attended a Good Soil seminar at the ABWE Home Office in Harrisburg, PA and...

• You would like to attend a seminar you previously attended, you will be given a 50% discount.  Email Sharon Haston at shaston@abwe.org for a discount code.
•  You will be bringing a first-time guest with you to a seminar you previously attended, you may come free.  Email Sharon Haston at shaston@abwe.org with the name of your guest and you will be given a discount code.
• You will be bringing five first-time guests with you to a seminar you previously attended, you may come free and your guests will be given a 20% discount.  Email Sharon Haston at shaston@abwe.org with the name of your guests and you will be given a discount code.

Location 

This seminar will be held at the ">ABWE Administration and Training Center"> in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. 

Accommodations

To insure the availability of hotel rooms in the area, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Wingate by Wyndam, 385 Cumberland Parkway, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. www.hotelmechanicsburg.com. To secure the ABWE rate ($59 per night), identify yourself as a participant in the Good Soil E&D seminars, and give them the Good Soil confirmation code when you make your reservation. The confirmation code will appear on your registration confirmation notice once you submit your registration online. ABWE personnel who choose to stay at the Wingate by Wyndham need to pay the hotel and request reimbursement through Missionary Finance.

ABWE guestrooms are reserved for the Good Soil Seminars, as well. A room will be reserved for you, if requested as you register, unless guestrooms are filled. You will receive an email confirming your reservation. ABWE requests a donation of $28 per night to cover expenses.

 Check In

The check-in process will begin 30 minutes prior to the first session of each seminar. You will receive a name tag which will identify you as a registered attendee.

Schedule

Morning Session           8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Lunch                              12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m.
Afternoon Session        1:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

Registration Fee

$120 per participant (includes lunch, snacks, and instructional materials and other resources)

Child Care

Please note that we can not provide or accommodate child care on site during these seminars.

Meals

Lunch will be provided at the ABWE Administration and Training Center each day you are registered and the cost is included in your seminar fee. Your name tag will be your ticket for lunch. You will be responsible for your own breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is included in your room fee at the Wingate by Wyndham. Several restaurants are within walking distance to the hotel.

Transportation

ABWE is not able to provide transportation for this event. Please make all of your own travel arrangements.
